Returns & Exchanges(Store and Online)
Merchandise may be returned to store within 14 days with a sales receipt for exchange, credit, or full refund. There will be a 10day waiting period for a refund on all check and debit purchases. All final sales and clearance items are not returnable sales are final.
Please contact poshboutiqueacc@yahoo.com immediately to inform us of merchandise to be returned. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with tags attached. Customer has 14 days to return item for full refund. Customer pays return shipping.
Shipping To Online Customers
Posh Boutique & Accessories ships Tuesday thru Fridays only excluding Holidays. We will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We do ship international but orders may take up to 2 and 4 weeks. For ground shipments please allow up to 10 business days, priority 6 business days and express 4 business days. Once your order has shipped tracking information will be sent to you via email. If your has not shipped after 10 business days, please email us at poshboutiqueacc@yahoo.com. Express shipping is available and payments must be received before 3pm central standard time in order for delivery to be processed efficiently. Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restock fee and ALL shipping charges. Please note we are NOT responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
